ESP32 2-Channel Relay Board

The board combines ESP32 WROOM-32E module with two relays (up to 10 A, 230 VAC / 30 VDC) connected to pins 16 and 17. Input power 7-28 VDC (VCC input) or 5 VDC (5V input). The board comes with set of headers you'll have to solder yourself. There is no USB-UART bridge chip onboard, so you'll have to use external programmer.

Programming note: in order to upload your code you'll have to use the included jumper to connect GPIO0 and GND on the programming header, and then connect 5V, GND, RX and TX from your programmer board (remember to connect RX to TX and vice versa).
