This is the smallest board based on ESP32-S2, a highly-integrated, low-power, 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi System-on-Chip (SoC) solution that now has built-in native USB so it can act like a keyboard/mouse, MIDI device, disk drive, etc! It comes with 4 MB flash and 2 MB PSRAM, but only has a single-core 240 MHz chip and no Bluetooth support. Works with Arduino or CircuitPython and has easyC/Qwiic/Stemma QT I2C connector.

The CH32V203G6 has a single 32-bit RISC-V core, running up to 144MHz, with 10KB SRAM and 32KB single-cycle Flash. There's also extras you expect: ADC, timers, USB device, UART, I2C and SPI. It definitely does not run CircuitPython or Micropython, and Arduino support is very early. It's definitely not good for beginners!
